How To Order

Some of our items are in-stock and available on a regular basis. Many of our other fine items are available in very limited runs, or are unique pieces.

Payment Terms

Please Note: You may be able to save money... If you are going to be ordering more than one item, please send us an email with the requested items and your complete mailing address. We will send you an invoice with appropriate shipping charges. Using the Paypal buttons for each item would incur separate shipping charges for every item purchased.

Contact us first if you plan to use alternate payment methods

All payments must be made in US dollars. Items will be shipped upon verification of funds. There will be a hold on personal checks until the check has cleared and funds are verified (usually 7-10 business days).

Shipping Charges

The following shipping rates will be added to all items, except as noted below:

Items will be shipped via USPS or FedEx.

Smaller items will usually be shipped in USPS flat rate Priority boxes. Larger items will go by FedEx.

Special shipping note:

Items that are particularly heavy or fragile may require special shipping methods which may be higher. You would be advised at time of inquiry.

Domestic Insurance:

Insurance is included on FedEx shipments for order value. USPS Priority includes insurance up tyo $100.00. Additional insurance is optional, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We cannot be responsible for uninsured packages after they are delivered to the shipping carrier. Insurance may or may not be available on international shipments.

International customers please note:


Send us an email with your requested items and your complete shipping address. You will be sent an invoice for the total amount, including shipping charges to your destination.

International customers MUST wait for us to calculate shipping charges ON ALL ORDERS. If you use the Paypal buttons, you will be sent an invoice for the balance due on shipping charges. Orders will NOT be processed until shipping charges to your destination are paid.

Other Terms and Policies


In addition to the apparatus, magic secrets are sold. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, except in cases of manufacturing defect. The buyer must contact us for any specific instructions prior to returning any item. We will either repair or replace a defective item, at our discretion. In the event neither is possible, the item cost will be refunded. Damage to items due to normal wear and tear, or abuse, whether accidental or intentional, will not be covered under any warranty or refund agreement.


Because we cannot control the use or abuse of any items after they leave our control and possession, The Magic Company, Michael Baker, nor any related parties will not be held liable or responsible in the event of any damage or injury caused by the use or abuse of any of our products.
